1.0 RESEARCH-GRADE PURITY GUARANTEE
All compounds provided by OFFSZN are strictly for laboratory research and analytical purposes. Due to the high-sensitivity nature of our research assets and the strict contamination protocols required for industrial chemicals, all sales are final upon laboratory clearance and dispatch. We do not accept returns on any research compounds to maintain the integrity of our inventory chain.
2.0 DAMAGED OR INCORRECT SHIPMENTS
In the event of physical damage to primary laboratory packaging during transit or if an incorrect compound has been delivered, research partners must initiate a report within 24 hours of receipt. Documentation, including photographic evidence of the sealed industrial container and shipping labels, must be submitted via your secure researcher portal. Verified discrepancies will result in a priority replacement shipment at no additional cost.
3.0 ORDER CANCELLATION PROTOCOLS
Orders are processed for analytical verification immediately upon payment. Cancellations may only be requested within a 2-hour window following transaction completion, provided the order has not entered the laboratory fulfillment stage. A 15% administrative processing fee applies to all approved cancellations to cover secondary resource allocation costs.
4.0 REFUND PROCESSING
Approved refunds for shipping errors or damaged goods will be processed within 5-7 business days back to the original funding source. Please note that banking institutions may require additional processing time for industrial transactions to be reflected in your account statement.
