OFFSZN products are restricted-access laboratory compounds intended exclusively for industrial research and analytical purposes. Purchase and shipping eligibility is predicated on the buyer's status as a verified research entity. By initiating a transaction, you certify compliance with all regional industrial handling regulations.
2. PROCESSING & HANDLING TIMES
Standard processing for industrial-grade compounds requires 48 to 72 hours for safety verification and specialized packaging protocols. Orders placed during weekend containment periods will be processed on the following business day. High-precision analytics may extend handling times by up to 5 business days.
3. SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS
Due to the sensitive nature of laboratory materials, we utilize specialized logistics partners experienced in chemical transport. Available methods include Standard Industrial Logistics, Expedited Cold-Chain (where applicable), and Priority Lab Courier. Selection of carrier is determined by the safety profile of the specific compound.
4. SHIPPING RATES & FEES
Shipping rates are calculated based on package weight, required containment conditions, and destination logistics complexity. Base fees are displayed at checkout; however, supplementary handling surcharges may apply for hazardous material compliance. All fees are non-negotiable and clinical in nature.
5. ORDER TRACKING
Upon release from our facility, a digital tracking identifier will be issued to the registered research contact. Real-time monitoring of transit status and environmental conditions is mandatory for all high-risk shipments. Recipients are responsible for monitoring tracking updates within the industrial portal.
Deliveries require physical receipt by personnel authorized for chemical handling. Logistics partners will not leave laboratory materials unattended. If facility access is restricted or authorized personnel are unavailable, the shipment will be returned to a secure holding terminal at the buyer's expense.
6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS & ACCESS RESTRICTIONS
While we prioritize logistics efficiency, OFFSZN is not liable for delays resulting from systemic logistics failures or customs interruptions. Risk of loss transfers to the laboratory entity upon transfer to the carrier. Damage must be logged within 2 hours of terminal receipt with high-resolution evidence for audit.
7. DELAYS, RISK OF LOSS & DAMAGE
Cross-border transport of industrial compounds is subject to international chemical surveillance and local import duties. Buyers are solely responsible for all customs clearance, environmental tariffs, and import documentation required by their jurisdiction. Seizures by customs for regulatory non-compliance are not refundable.
8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Precision in shipping coordinates is critical. Any discrepancies in laboratory addressing, facility codes, or receiver profiles must be corrected prior to material release. Deliveries redirected due to input error will incur a standard logistics correction fee and potential material degradation risks.
9. ADDRESS ACCURACY
Shipments returned due to refusal of receipt or inability to verify authorized personnel will be assessed for safety before any credit is processed. Cold-chain materials returned in a compromised state are ineligible for credit due to biosafety protocols.
